Property & Landscaping Protection
Before applying any cleaning solution, we thoroughly pre-wet nearby plants, shrubs, grass, and surrounding areas. Throughout the service, we continue rinsing and monitoring landscaping that may be exposed to overspray or runoff.
We can move a small amount of lightweight furniture when needed. If the deck has a large amount of furniture or heavy items, we can clean around them or add a small fee for furniture moving. Delicate items and surrounding surfaces are protected or avoided as needed.
Pre-Treatment Application
We apply a surface-appropriate cleaning solution across the pool deck to treat algae, mold, mildew, and other organic buildup — rather than relying on water pressure alone.
