Pre-Treatment Application

Why Pavers Fade and Wash Out in Lake Nona
Sealing is only the last of three stages, and it's only as good as the prep under it. First we pressure wash the pavers, pulling out the old joint sand and clearing any failing sealer, efflorescence and weeds. Oil or rust staining gets targeted restoration treatment when it's identified and included in the quote ahead of the job. Then we re-sand the joints. Only once the surface is clean, re-sanded, and fully dry do we seal. That order matters: seal over washed-out joints and the pavers stay loose; seal over a damp surface and you can lock a milky haze under a film you can't easily undo.
